Smoke-Free Environment: All smoking—including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana—is strictly forbidden inside the home. (Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor area). 🐾 Dog Policy: We love furry friends, but you must get pre-approval from the host prior to booking if you plan to bring a pet(s). House Rules for Your Pup: Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds at any time. Guests must clean up all pet waste from the yard immediately. Violations: Bringing an unapproved dog(s) will result in an immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund. Please note we are in a tropical climate in Cape Coral. While the property receives regular pest service, please note insects and lizards may enter the home if windows or doors are opened. We do not offer refunds due to acts of God, or weather incidents.
